Nicole was born and raised in Sudbury, Ontario. She has a strong passion for spirituality and intuitively can connect with individuals. She is an empath and over the years has gained much knowledge and experience on how to navigate this world being so connected to people. Nicole has been a Registered Nurse for over 28 years, with knowledge and experience in a variety of health-care environments, including medical, rehabilitative, and fitness-based. From a young age, Nicole has been passionate about movement, through dance, sports, and fitness. Over the years Nicole has gained much knowledge and experience with the fitness industry working as a fitness instructor, mind body instructor, yoga instructor in many different programs. She has been teaching for over 15 years in classrooms and studio. Nicole is also the lead trainer for YTT at Emote Yoga with several years experience teaching others. Nicole is always striving to improve so she can share her own journey with whomever will welcome her. She has an amazing spirit that brings life and love to all who surround her.

Roxane has lived in Sudbury most of her life. She has been practicing yoga for years but only truly fell in love with yoga in 2018, when she began using Yoga as medicine. She quicky discovered the magical healing power the practice has on the layers of the self.
Roxane completed her first 200 hr. Yoga Teacher Training, a Vinyasa based training, with Integrated School of Yoga in November 2022. She completed her second 200 hr. YTT, a Hatha based training, with Two Souls Yoga School, in May 2023. Roxane is a Reiki Level 2 practitioner, a certified Yin Yoga Teacher, and is currently working towards completing her 500 hour yoga teacher training.
Roxane has a professional background in Nursing and mental wellness.
She aspires to live the yoga life on and off her mat and is motivated to empower others with the potential of Yoga.

Kyle was born and raised in Sudbury, he fell in love with yoga during his off season as a forest firefighter over 11 years ago. He started his practice at ZEN fitness here in Sudbury, enjoying as much hot yoga as he can. He has continued to practice and is now a RYT-200. He also has been practicing breath work and ice baths! Kyle competes in Spartan races, snowboards, plays hockey and indoor soccer when He can. He loves to access the full potential of the mind body connection. Yoga keeps him in great overall shape to do almost anything. Kyle recently finished his yoga teacher training out west in 2022. He is very excited to share his practice and help strengthen your mind body connection to have a healthy Mind-Body-Soul.

Madison was born and raised in Northern Ontario. She is currently studying to pursue a career as a Psychotherapist and assist people in their personal growth using therapy, yoga and mindfulness. Madison began practising yoga in 2018 and continues to deepen her personal practice by living a mindful lifestyle. Madison completed her 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training at the Universal School of Yoga-YA in 2021. She continues to teach gentle style flow allowing individuals to feel the connection between a mind body connection and move through energy.

Melanie has been practicing yoga since 2007 and teaching since 2015.
She did her yoga teacher training with a yoga master who started the Mexican Yoga Alliance. She is trained in Hatha Yoga and completed her certification in 2015. Melanie has 800 hours of teacher training with her Yoga Master with whom she continues training with him.
She is also certified in restorative and chakra yoga.
She is also certified in Pilates, Spin (indoor cycling) and TRX.
Melanie’s classes consist of strength, mobility, endurance and balance.

Emily is an enthusiastic and energetic yoga teacher born and raised in Sudbury. She began practicing yoga in her teens and instantly connected with the mind body aspect of her practice. Emily's passion for yoga grew greater each time she rolled out her mat and it did not take her long to decide she needed to share this passion with others.
Emily has lived experience with depression, anxiety and body image issues and has used her practice to manage her mental health. In 2016, she created the Sudbury Yogathon for Mental Health, a fundraiser designed to bring together all ages and breeds of yogis to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Her vision of a mentally healthy and accepting community stems into the studio, with her classes being multi-levelled and focused on breath work and self-awareness. If you can't find her in the studio, she can be found spreading mental health awareness throughout the community with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA).
Although her heart lies in a Baptiste Power yoga influenced practice, Emily enjoys teaching restorative, prenatal and aerial yoga.
Leeann started practicing yoga in 2017 and completed her 200 RYT in Mallorca, Spain.
She has a background in competitive dance and is passionate about teaching Vinyasa and Ashtanga-Vinyasa yoga.
She loves to incorporate breath, mindfulness, and meditation into her classes to promote holistic wellbeing.
She grew up in Ontario and lived in the UK for 7 years before moving to Sudbury. She is eager to start her yoga journey in Sudbury!
